Organisational Capabilities

Anchored on Sequoia’s Living O.D. framework, O.C.T.A.V.E. is an online tool for assessing organisational capabilities and effectiveness based on five enablers (or drivers) and three impact measures.

In contrast to traditional OD premised on an outside-in interventionistic approach, Sequoia adopts an inside-out approach based on the principles of living systems that breathe life into OD practice.

O.C.T.A.V.E. offers an evidence-based approach to help clients appraise gaps in their OD efforts through feedback from both internal and external stakeholders. The findings offer insights for charting their organisation developmental agenda in targeted ways.
