Sequoia’s W.I.S.E. framework encapsulates our message of the role of Organisation Development (O.D.) for Sustainability. W.I.S.E framework emphasises an “inside-out” approach, beginning with individual Wellbeing at its core, extending to organisational Innovations with the good of the society and planet in mind. The outer rings represent the more traditional social responsibility efforts, centering on environmental movements or community service projects. It calls upon the profession of O.D. practitioners to play a proactive role to help companies embed sustainability into the core of its employee engagement, innovation and corporate transformation agenda. Together, every organisation can be a force for good.
