Druga is a Partner and Principal Consultant at Sequoia Group. She strives to connect with the creative spirit of life. She is a chronic reader who moonlights as an O.D. Consultant. She enjoys designing and facilitating transformative conversations for socially progressive outcomes. For her, working at Sequoia is a perfect combination of her greatest inspirations – people, purpose and endless possibilities.
She is highly skilled in strategic planning, leadership and organisational development as well as stakeholder engagement. This is demonstrated through her experiences with strategy consultation, curriculum designs and facilitation for organisations including Tan Tock Seng Hospital, the Ministry of Manpower and the Ministry of Education. She is a passionate community leader, spearheading the People Associations’ Community Sharing Session, an ongoing stakeholder engagement project to induct Singaporean citizens-to-be as a part of the Singapore Citizenship Journey. She leads, trains and manages a team of over 20 facilitators to run engagement sessions on a bi-weekly basis.
