Certificate for Positive Organisation Development (CPOD)
A modular year-long programme for OD practitioners, the CPOD is designed as a holistic, integrated learning programme to provide participants with foundational knowledge, skills, principles, tools and practices of organisational development.
The skills covered include process facilitation, appreciative inquiry, coaching and consulting skills, strategic planning and systems thinking. The aim is to raise the professional standards of OD as a practice field in the industry and to build a cadre of competent and effective OD catalysts, consultants and change agents, who are passionate about building sustainable and positive organisations.
Each with over a decade of consulting experiences, the sustainability institute’s CPOD faculty comprise an ensemble of OD practitioners with both strong academic backgrounds as well as in-depth field experiences. Having worked with and within organisations as consultants, helpers and change agents, the curriculum and teaching methods that our faculty put together are aimed at enhancing applied knowledge, supported by well researched theories and advanced knowledge in the field.
The Change Activist Programme (TCA)
As a practical and experiential methodology, TCA is designed to facilitate and manage change acceptance. Packed with useful and accessible tools, it helps both project teams and stakeholders to better organise their work and navigate the human side of change. Our approach to Change Management is to equip participants with the mindset, frameworks and skills for facilitating change acceptance amongst stakeholders to ensure success of strategies and vision fulfilment on the ground.
TCA begins with a training programme for the stakeholders and strategy or project teams to engage real – time in real topics, using the tools in an environment of distributed leadership. They walk away with the planning and the first few steps completed in the workshop, feeling empowered to follow through the rest and ready as change agents to make an impact in the organisation.
Leadership Suite
Foundations of Leadership (FOL)
This programme aims to provide executives, team members and people managers with a fundamental awareness and insights on what it takes to be an effective leader. Starting from the development of one’s personal mastery, we extend that to the higher ability to contribute towards collective goals, as well as to learn to build and lead effective teams.
The Foundations programme is specially designed as a leadership milestone programme to help executives and people managers to deepen their capacities as contributors and team leaders and to prepare them for the next stage of their growth and advancement; where exercising positive influence and building strong and resonant, cohesive teams becomes even more important.
Chrysalis Programme
The Chrysalis is a two day programme aimed at imbuing change leadership skills, including impact and influence, conflict management skills. Customised for leaders and managers who need to influence change acceptance of their peers, superiors and direct reports as well as frequently external partners. Change and influencing skills are keys to the success of the leaders and managers.
Transformational Leadership Development Programme (TLDP)
The TLDP is an apex leadership milestone programme designed to encourage and enable participants to reflect on their contributions as leaders in the organisation and to acquire practical skills for expanding their own and others’ effectiveness.
In essence, the TLDP is an exploration into what it takes to be an effective and engaging leader in the organisation. An engaging leader is one who is able to effectively engage and inspire employees to go the extra mile and have a positive impact on their well-being, as well as enable organisations to consistently outperform their competitors. Engaging leaders lead in an appreciative and emotionally intelligent way that brings about creativity, connectedness and sense of purpose.
Sustainability Suite
Sustainability – Awareness Workshop
A half-day introductory workshop designed for all executives to create awareness on the issue of sustainability as an innovation agenda for social and business enterprises. It expounds on the idea that “Doing Good” and “Doing Well” is possible and desirable for long-term health and vitality of organisations both in the social and business sectors. A must-have if you have been hearing the word sustainability and wonder what it means for you and your organisation.
Sustainability as a Key Business Imperative
A 1-day workshop designed to enhance business leaders’ understanding of how Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) can be leveraged as a core strategy for fostering employee engagement, stakeholder involvement, generating business innovations and business results. You will learn how to maximise the value of your business for shareholder and stakeholder benefits, thereby creating a business for greater good.
Sustainable Design Lab
A 3-day capacity-building workshop for organisations ready to take a deeper dive into sustainability as a core organisational development strategy and interested in what can be done for integrating sustainability into the business and operational framework. You will be introduced to tools and processes for whole-system change and stakeholder engagement, taking you beyond theory into real-life applications.
Learning Organisation
Our programmes aim to build capacities in the 5 Disciplines of a Learning Organisation (LO), namely Personal Mastery, Shared Vision, Mental Models, Team Learning, and Systems Thinking. Highly customised, these programmes are usually conducted in-house and require the support of a corporate sponsor who believes in the importance of investing in long-term capacities for deep change and collective learning.
Community Engagement Programme (CEP)
All organisations, whether social, private or public, are faced with the challenge of building communities to whom they can reach out to and serve. The definition and nature of communities are also becoming increasingly diverse and complex. Conventional ways of building communities and attracting believers may no longer be as effective.
In light of this, our CEP offers innovative processes and ground-up approaches, aimed at seeding self-directed action, creativity, and whole-system participation.
Rooted in a strength-based approach, the CEP is a unique learning programme for change champions, community-builders, marketers and CSR (corporate social responsibility) facilitators. The programme enables the stewards from any organisation or community to design and facilitate meaningful engagement with stakeholders that leads to co-ownership and co-creation.
Personal Resilience and Renewal Programmes for Individuals
SEEDS is a leadership programme for youths, based on latest research in the Five Disciplines, Emotional & Social Intelligence, Action Learning and others. It is inclusive yet customised for young people in school up to the tertiary level: Junior Colleges, Universities and Polytechnics – and for young working adults.
SEEDS aims to build 21st century competencies, for a community of global youth leaders that is enlightened and empowered to create sustainable, lasting, positive impact for the society. Beyond learning the pragmatics for successful career and life management, SEEDS to shoots to sequoias is our hope for youth who wish to lead a fulfilling life.

A women’s renewal and resonance programme dedicated to the women who believe in significance and not just success, this is a two-day retreat designed specifically for women who strive to maintain work-life harmony. In today's hectic time-starved world, it becomes even more important to find time for renewal, time to step back & assess where we've come from & where we are going after a lifetime of being everything to everybody.
